This workshop is a 'by invitation only' event intended for policy makers and will look at ways to promote the culture of open access to scientific and scholarly literature in the developing countries. Fellows of IASc and Editors of IASc journals interested in attending the event may kindly get in touch with Mr G Madhavan.
